Everyone deserves the opportunity to shine. With this belief at its core, Ctalents is committed to transforming perceptions and opportunities for individuals with visual or auditory impairments. As a recruitment agency with a social twist, Ctalents aims to reduce the alarmingly high unemployment rate among people who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, or hard of hearing from 70% to 20%.
Faced with the misconceptions about the capabilities of people with sensory impairments, our goal was to redefine the brand around the powerful concept that everyone’s talent should be seen, heard, appreciated, and maximally developed. We crafted the brand statement: ‘See the power of limitation’ and designed a brand identity that highlights the immense value these individuals add to organizations and society.
